I love capturing the love of my couples during their engagement and marriage. And I love editing all their photos and then creating beautiful albums and memories that they will cherish for years to come. I love it all.
As someone who has been on the other side of the camera (my wedding already took place a few years ago), I fully understand the excitement, nerves and even the stress of planning a wedding and an engagement session. Think of me not only as your photographer, but as a friend and even as a person who can help make your wedding day and engagement session a resounding success.
WHY DO AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION ?
I want to fill you in on my engagement sessions! Some of my wedding packages actually include an engagement session, so it's important that if you are interested in booking us for your wedding, let us know so we can send you our wedding package info.
The question I receive most about my engagement session is, "What are engagement photographs for? Everyone already knows we're getting married!" That's an excellent question and I have an excellent answer. In addition to giving you the opportunity for a steamy, lovey-dovey hour or two with your soon-to-be-spouse, engagement sessions actually serve a utilitarian purpose. Many people use their engagement sessions for their "Save the dates," wedding planning website, invitations, or even as an announcement to the world that they're tying the knot. A lot of couples even use photographs from their engagement session for wedding thank you cards. Not to mention, engagement session photos give you a chance to show off that gorgeous ring a little bit more (it can be very hard to capture it with a snap and shoot camera). I'd wager a guess that you have loads of people asking you for pictures of your bling!
HOW THE PROCESS WORK?
As for how the engagement session goes down, it's all pretty straightforward. You and I work together to create a customized session. For example, we can shoot at the place you two had your first date, head to your favorite park or go somewhere that makes you just bubble with love from the inside out.
We will customize your session, including the location and props, I'll provide you with tips and advice on how to dress for the day of your session. And, of course, you can always bring a few different outfits and options for the shoot. If you have any more questions about your sessions, don't hesitate to ask!
WHAT TO WEAR ?
Not sure what to wear to your engagement session? We’re here to help you pick out the perfect outfits for your engagement session! You should bring two to three outfits to your engagement session so we can get a variety of different looks for you.
I suggest the following: Bring a ‘Dressy’ Outfit.
It's not every day you get to get all dressed up with your sweetheart and take photos together. Use this session as an excuse to really go all out and get fancied up! A cute dress or skirt for you, and a suit or nice slacks and a button up shirt for your fiance is always a great choice.
Go Casual
We also suggest you bring a more casual outfit. This outfit is ideal for your more fun, relaxed photos. Tailored jeans and a nice shirt are always a great choice. Make sure to bring shoes specifically for this outfit, too.
Coordination is Key
The most important thing to remember is to coordinate. You don’t want to be matchy-matchy, but you want to coordinate. Choose similar colors and styles that photograph well together. For example, you don’t want to wear jeans if your fiance is wearing a suit and tie in the same photo.

Du repérage des lieux de tournage à la mise au point de votre feuille de route. Nous resterons en contact tout au long de l'organisation de votre mariage. Je suis toujours à un courriel de vous.

Prenez du vin et installez-vous confortablement, voici le dévoilement final. Connectez-vous pour voir votre diaporama et votre galerie, et je vous enverrai votre clé USB et vos impressions par la poste.

You'll get up to 3 revisions to note any changes you want to make to my design, and we won't send it to print until you're 100% happy with the layout. You'll be flipping through this album for years, reliving your special day all over again, so let's make sure it's perfect!
